Sometimes traveling, whether by land, air, or sea, can be a harrowing experience. The different smells can make me dizzy. I make sure I keep myself relaxed and my travels stress-free by bringing a lavender hydrosol with me.
I spray it everywhere and inhale the mist. Just a spray gives me instant relaxation. It’s also great as a room fragrance, especially when I’m stuck in a hotel room that has that faint mildew smell.

While shopping at my local health food store I noticed that many of the skin products contained grape-seed oil. I decided I would give it a try. I bought some grape-seed oil lotion and applied some after my nightly shower. My skin felt so soft and smooth, and the lotion had a clean fresh scent. The next morning my skin was still hydrated and supple. My husband even commented on how soft my hands were!
