Aromatherapy works so well to alleviate the tension that is created from my work life. When I get home, I just love to have the option to light some candles and reflect. I have added a new element to my aromatherapy schedule which is meditation.
When I meditate, I can feel a weight being lifted off of my shoulders. It is really enhanced by lighting candles and having the wonderful smells swirl around me. I am starting to gain control in my life again with these rudimentary procedures.

Their scents are absolutely yummy to the skin. They have both fruity and floral scents to choose from. The scents are very subtle and not at all overpowering….
